Campaign Details

The monthly rent will be reduced by 30,000 yen from the move-in month to the move-out month. The total monthly payment will be 40,000 yen, consisting of 30,000 yen for room rent + 10,000 yen for fixed utilities.

Eligibility Requirements

This offer applies to those who meet all of the following criteria: 1) Applied to move in during the campaign period (May). 2) Contracted for a move-in period (contract period) of 1 year or more.
