・Viewing Tour 13:00-14:30 The architect in charge of the renovation will explain each private room and facility within the share house. *The first 20 minutes will be an explanation for the media.

In addition to on-site viewings on Tuesday, February 1st and Saturday, February 5th, online viewings (via Zoom) are also available. If you live far away or find it difficult to attend on the day, please join us online.

Notes

・Parking at the share house is not available for the open house. ・If you are coming by car, please park in a parking lot near Yamoto Station and use the JR Senseki Line, or use other public transportation. ・Reservations for viewings are accepted at any time outside of the above dates. Please feel free to contact us via the [Inquiry Form].

Request for cooperation in preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection

・Please take your temperature in advance and refrain from visiting if you have a fever significantly higher than your normal temperature, or if you are otherwise feeling unwell. In such cases, it is possible to change to an online viewing, so please contact our staff. ・Please wear a mask when visiting. Our staff will also guide you while wearing masks at all times. ・Temperature checks and hand sanitization will be performed at the share house entrance (open house reception). ・For visitor records, you will be asked to fill in your contact information (name, emergency contact) and entry/exit times at the reception. If you have a business card, please submit it at the reception. ・Windows may be opened for ventilation, and the share house may become cold. Please dress warmly when visiting.
