This is a small spring annual festival of Kumano Shrine, an auxiliary shrine outside the precincts of Morito Daimyojin. A Yudate Kagura ritual is performed, and a Shinto ritual involving shooting arrows in four directions also takes place. There's a simple folklore that picking up a shot arrow brings happiness for a year.

Demonstrations of amezaiku (candy craft) and Edo-moji calligraphy, as well as performances by the Shrine Hayashibue Preservation Society and Japanese taiko drums, are also featured. On the adjacent La Maree side, you'll find seafood like grilled scallops and turban shells, and grilled tuna skewers.
