We sincerely look forward to welcoming anyone interested in share house living or guesthouses, those interested in Roopt, those interested in vacant property utilization, community building, or Makigumi's business... in short, anyone who wants to have interesting conversations, meet interesting people, and do interesting things!

Participation fee: 1,000 yen (light refreshments will be provided & bringing souvenirs is highly welcome!) How to participate: Advance registration recommended, on-site participation at the share house Accommodation fee: 3,000 yen (Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome only, up to 6 people) *Walk-ins are also possible on the day! *Please note that the event may be canceled if there are no advance registrations. What kind of conversations can we have?

There is no specific theme, as the aim is to provide an opportunity for free exchange among participants. Conversely, please feel free to send us any requests for topics you'd like to hear about or people you'd like to meet. We are sure there will be interesting encounters at the exchange meeting.

How to participate

Participate directly at the share house!

Please visit the share house and participate while touring the actual property. To help you enjoy a natural share house experience, we will prepare some light meals. When you visit, bringing souvenirs is also highly welcome!
