[Anyone Welcome to Visit] Share House Open Day at Each Roopt Property from Saturday, March 11th to Sunday, March 26th!

To help people feel more familiar with Roopt's share houses and to allow those considering moving to visit easily, we have been holding a "Share House Open Day" since February, where anyone is welcome to visit. In March, to make it an even more "open" event, we will be holding it over three weeks at Roopt Okumatsushima, Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori!

At the Share House Open Day in February,

People who were considering moving in the near future and took this opportunity to casually look around

People who wanted to invite friends to the city and were looking for properties they could recommend to them

Such people came. This is an opportunity to respond to requests from people with all sorts of reasons who "want to see inside a share house!"

The March Open Day will be held twice at each of Roopt Okumatsushima, Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori. Each property has its own unique characteristics, so participation on multiple dates is highly encouraged. This event does not require advance registration and is free to attend.

Those considering moving this spring, or looking for a new place to live

Those who want to review their current rent, utility costs, etc.

Those interested in Roopt's initiatives

Those living nearby who have been wanting to see the inside of a share house

Roopt Okumatsushima

Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-

■Date & Time: March 12th (Sun) 14:00-16:00, March 19th (Sun) 14:00-16:00

■Location: Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, inside COMICHI Ishinomaki 2nd floor 202, 2-7-14 Chuo, Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture (12-minute walk from Ishinomaki Station on the JR Senseki Line)

Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori

■Date & Time: March 18th (Sat) 14:00-16:00, March 26th (Sun) 14:00-16:00

■Location: Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori, 5-7 Kaigandori, Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture (1-minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station on the JR Senseki Line)

Notes

At Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI- and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori, the first floor houses tenants such as restaurants, and the second floor is the share house. A flyer for the Share House Open Day will be posted at the entrance, so please look for the flyer as a guide.

Roopt Okumatsushima has limited parking spaces. If multiple people are coming, please consider carpooling or using public transportation.

There are actual residents living in the share houses. Please cooperate with viewings and conversations within a non-disruptive range.
