[July 29 (Mon) @ Higashimatsushima] Exchange Event at a Share House ~A Relaxing Night to Reflect on Yourself~ Tarot Reading & a Workshop to Discover Your Values are Also Available

Roopt, which operates share houses in Miyagi Prefecture, will be holding "relaxed" exchange events utilizing share houses!

The second event will be an exchange gathering titled "A Relaxing Night to Reflect on Yourself" at the spacious share house Roopt Okumatsushima in Higashimatsushima City.

For the Okumatsushima events, for a while, we will be collaborating with Koichi Akanuma, who has been working as a regional cooperation隊 (chiiki kyōryokutai - regional revitalization cooperator) in Higashimatsushima City since April of this year.

He said, "I want to create a place where people can calmly face their inner selves and support each other's future." So, this time, he will bring "Color Value Cards," which allow you to easily explore your values. Let's try them while eating and drinking.

Yocchan Uranai, a fortune-teller from Ishinomaki, will also be doing tarot readings, so if you're interested in fortune-telling, please join us.

Also, for those who are interested in share houses but haven't had the chance to see one, or find it too daunting to go for a viewing, this is a great opportunity to get a glimpse inside a share house!

▼About Trial Stay

–Eligible Property– ・Roopt Okumatsushima: Up to 15 people *We will arrange rooms to be shared by gender as much as possible.

–Facilities, Amenities, etc.– ・Items available at the share house: Bedding set, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils ・Items to bring: Toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, towel, etc.

–Others– ・Upon checkout, please vacuum the room you used and send a photo of the cleaned room to the staff. ・If you wish to stay for consecutive nights after the event, accommodation is available for 2,000 yen/day.

・Parking is available in front of the share house, but spaces are limited, so please carpool if possible. ・Bringing your own alcohol, snacks, etc., is highly welcome.

Koichi Akanuma: Higashimatsushima City Regional Revitalization Cooperator, Miyagi Prefecture →Engaging in calm dialogue using Color Value Cards

Born in Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture. After living in Tokyo for 10 years, he moved to Miyagi Prefecture, which he loved, for work. He spent two years learning customer service at a hotel in Matsushima, and in April of this year, he was appointed as a Higashimatsushima City Regional Revitalization Cooperator. His interests include creating community spaces and living a satoyama (rural landscape) lifestyle. He loves guesthouses and saunas.

Yocchan Uranai →Tarot Reading Specialist

A resident and fortune-teller at Michikusa Kobo, the "adult secret base" in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. She loves listening to stories about life and romance. Her main job is sales administration for a building materials company.

Takashi Sumida: Roopt Staff →Cooking & Facilitation Specialist

Born in Ehime Prefecture, 33 years old, currently residing in Ishinomaki. At Roopt, he is responsible for attracting residents and managing share houses. He has a long career as an editor and is highly regarded for his listening and expressive skills. He dislikes staying in one place for too long and makes sure to leave Miyagi Prefecture at least once a month. Astrologically, he is said to have a strong "dad" vibe, making him a reassuring presence, but he takes it with a grain of salt.
